After watching Inception.. I started thinking which movie by Nolan is my favorite.. It's a tough decision.. I can't make up my mind between Memento and Inception.. Haven't seen Insomnia but I am planning on it very soon.. so what's your favorite?
Man, this is very difficult. For me, it's between Memento, Presitge, and Inception. Okay, I narrowed it down to Prestige and Inception. Grrr... can't... decide... OK, I went with The Prestige. I saw it for the second time after buying it recently and it reminded me of how good is really was. His first movie "Following" was very good too. You can see where Memento's backwards/forwards concept came from. Go rent it if you haven't seen it.
Yeah, it has Al Pacino. Probably the "worst" of what's listed above, but still quite good. I've seen all the movies listed. In fact, I think I've seen every Christopher Nolan movie out there. Batman Begins and Following are missing from the list, however (probably because Dark Knight was better than Batman Begins and no one knows about Following). Batman Begins is the first one on there..but I doubt anyone will pick that over The Dark Knight.. Following.. yeah I haven't heard of it...
I see a lot of people selecting The Dark Knight.. I mean don't get me wrong it was amazing, badass, incredible, awesome.. etc.. but I honestly think that Heath Ledger's protrayal as the joker is what put that movie over the top... I guess I should have clarified the poll question...

In order.... The Prestige Inception The Dark Knight Memento Batman Begins Following Insomnia I'm a massive fan of Nolan's stuff all together, so even the stuff at the end of the list is still top notch.
Prestige...haven't watched Inception yet, but I've watched all his other movies. Didn't think TDK was the greatest thing on earth like everyone else did, thought it was good and Heath Ledger as Joker was fantastic, but it wasn't an instant classic that everyone made it out to be. I like movies that make me think and contemplate things afterwards, Prestige definitely did that while TDK - it was just a superhero movie at the end of it all.
meh... i bet if Inception was the one that came out two years ago and TDK was the one that just came out right now.. the poll would be showing 90% for TDK.
