In paranthesis are minutes per game.

    C--Yao(30), Cato(18)
    PF-Taylor(25), Griffin(23)
    SF-Rice(18), Nachbar(18), Posey(12)
    SG-Mobley(30), Posey(18)
    PG-Francis(35), Norris(13)

Last year the Rockets should have made the playoffs with the talent on the team. I just think that the player roster was mismanaged. Mobley was overused, and it made him ineffective. Griffin really struggled with Mobley on the court because the offense revolved around Mobley and Mobley. For as many times that Mobley touches the ball he has toooooo little assists.

And why didn't Posey play minutes at SG? I know that Posey had played some point guard with the Nuggets. Look if a player is playing point guard, then SG should be a cynch.

If any moves are made I'd get a free agent to come in and compete with Taylor and Griffin for playing time. A tough in your face player that can push people around, thus giving Yao a good enforcer in the low block.

And if everyone is still serious with moving Francis to the SG, then a 2nd tier star or two would have to be traded to get someone that would be beneficial to this team. It's obvious that Rice was upset at Mobley throughout the year for hogging the ball. So, if we trade Cato or Taylor and Mobley to the Buck for Payton, this team would begin a sharing the ball philosophy at PG, which will help Griffin and Yao!

But I seriously like our team the way it is right NOW. I'd like to see a different coach get this team to winning ways. There are always quick fix schemes that a lot of teams use, but never suceed with them.
