OK.... Any of us true Rocket Fan's can see that there is a problem. THE ONE MAN GAME HAS GOT TO STOP !! I'm so Sick of Stevie Dribbling down, then driving in on three defenders, or getting trapped and shoveling up some stupid shot, or commiting a turnover. The same thing goes for Cuttino, and don't get me started on Mo Taylor. If Mo gets the ball in his hands, it wouldnt matter if the whole other team surrounded him in a circle, he would still shoot the ball.... Don't get me wrong, I love Stevie, and Cat, but something's got to change.. Either the Players aren't listening to Rudy,, or Rudy is not coaching them. Look at every great team in the league,, THEY PLAY AS A TEAM. They don't play this "Street Ball Crap" that the Rockets have Been playing this year. If They play as a Team and distribute the ball, they WILL win. I've been to a few Games this Year, and there were a LOT of People Boo-ing Stevie and CAt when they wouldnt give up the ball, WE dont need that to continue...... Rudy needs to Coach,, or Else make these guys Listen To him,,,,, Which ever,,,,, We have the Players to make a great Team, A CHAMPIONSHIP TEAM !!!!!!!!

    GO ROCKETS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Believe me,,,,,,, I jumping around cheering,,,,, surround sound turned way up,,,,,,, irritating the Neighbors.... It Was Great,,,,,
But We'd be so much better if we played like they did in the first half,,, Like a Team.....No One Man Crap,,,,,,,

I think it's because we haven't laid all the blame on Stevie Franchise and traded him for a box of Krispy Kreme donuts like we should have after Moochie's rumors infected the board a few hours ago.

    All our fault :(

    LOL!

You've got the BBS pegged...we're planning the parade after a win and calling the suicide hotline after a loss. Let's just see what they learned from this game.

 Here we go again... I'm real tired of this ****. And what's with all the comma marks in your posts, like a lotta this: ,,,,,,,,,,,, wtf is that supposed to mean anyways? And don't get me started on your post... jeezaloo... They making the transition, can't you see? As far as ppl can tell, stevie ain't ecstatic about it, but it looks like he's coming around, at least they win eh? Get off their backs for a while. They're f'ing second in the midwest, I say that ain't half bad. When they drop to the edge of playoff contention, then you can go bonzai and bonkers on them. For now, just stop typing... please?
The world is ours for the taking. :D

YES, 6 whole assists, Lets remember, Francis DIDN'T have a third option against the Spurs because no one stepped up with Cat being out. He couldn't pass to Mooch because he hardly touched the ball when he was on the court. You said that you watched the game..... I find that hard to believe. Not to mention that the 3rd quarter collapse was caused because of the Spurs switching to a half court trap with only Hawkins giving him an option to pass to.

This did not need a new thread.

I hate wasting my time on new threads that are only repeating what's been said a million times a week earlier.

With ten thousand new posters, ur gonna get these problems.

Some good threads will also be pushed back off the front page very quickly (I.e., in the matter of a few hours) due to redundant threads.

A "Karma" post rating system like Slashdot.org would be a good incentive to post meaningfully ... or at least cleverly or with humor.

I am all for a heavier police state.

    :(

Why do you say this street ball play has to stop. The last time I've seen the Rockets play it didn't look like street balling.

Street ball is when every body is swinging bows of fighting every 3 or 4 times down the court.

The Rockets play like a bunch of millionaires, which they all are.

If you consider them playing street ball, maybe its' what streets you come from got you thinking this.

    I completely agree.

We had 3 turnovers in a row from the trap. Two were strips of Francis, and one was Francis getting bogged down and passing to Hawkins two late for an 8-sec violation. They were not all halfcourt turnovers resulting from not getting Yao involved. I actually blame Maurice for not helping, or Rudy for not using Mo. Usually you see Kenny marching down ahead of the guards to make sure they don't need an extra target. Duncan was doing the trapping, so his man should be used as an escape valve at midcourt.
