My personal favorite, although it is not my favorite sitcom, is an episode of "Mama's Family". Details below:

    Sitcom: "Mama's Family"

Episode: #89 "The Real Loud Family"

Summary: Bubba videotapes the family for a class project during a charity drive that the Harper's were helping out with. The videorecorder ends up having a short in it and the video is played for the entire town to see. The video makes the family look really bad and all of the clips are hysterically funny!

This has got to be a sign of the end of the world, right?

    I'm scared, hold me.

OMG, so you are the one that watched that show!!!!

My vote goes to Seifeld..."The Contest", or Just Shoot Me..."The Thanksgiving Dinner". Everybody loves Raymond had a good show about the kid drawing his family as monsters and the family had to explain it to the teacher.

I watched Mama's Family to, I still do if it comes on... ;)

There was a Seinfeld episode where Elaine's coworker is a germaphobe and she thinks Elaine is nasty. So Elaine coughs on her doorhandle and rubs her butt on her keyboard, extremely funny. Also the "Kenny Roger's Roasters - Chicken" episode is classic and "Frogger". :D

I can't remember exact episodes but I have to say Newsradio and Married With Children are on the top of my funny list.

    Mine is a tie between:

    1. Simpson kids live with their foster parents, The Flanders.

"Pa, I cut my finger on the screen door again."

    "Why you cotton pickin'..."

    2. The Elaine/Puddy religion episode.

"Don't you even care that I'm going to hell?"

    "It's gonna be rough."

Married With Children - the episode where Al and Jefferson are trying to put the workbench together.

"Do we have any more of the L shaped things?"

"No, but we do have some of these 7's!"

...probably my favorite funny part of any sitcom has to be when Al is holding the board in front of his face while Jefferson is about to drill a hole through it. Priceless!

    That was pretty funny.

Seinfeld "And you want to be Latex Salesman"

Simpsons "When Homer finally pisses of Ned Flanders" When Ned had the didily doo breakdown.

I always liked the "Labor Day" special where they get in a brawl with another family in traffic. Also the episode where they were bbqing and they used the ashes of Marcy's aunt to cook the hamburgers.

Cheers: - remember the song Woody sang when he proposed to Kelly? "Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly" :)

    2 that come to mind:

    Cheers:

Cliff auditions for a chance to be a contestant on Jeopardy, and to everyone's surprise, he makes it. On the show, he starts out by winning a lot of money, but then, to no one's surprise, he ends up losing it all. Meanwhile, someone has stolen Sam's black book and is calling all the women in it---and Rebecca's next on the list.

    Married with Children:

Shoeway To Heaven -- Al and Jefferson scheme to make money off the 70's craze when they find a stash of old shoes behind the store's wall. (09-04-94)

Seinfeld - The "Soup Nazi" episode - every subplot in that episode is classic, from the Soup Nazi to the whole "Schmoopie" name-calling to the gay guys stealing the armoire. Honorable mention goes to the one where Jerry, Elaine, Kramer, and George all have different subway adventures. Trust me, though, it's only hysterical if you live in New York. Otherwise, you just... won't... understand.

Newsradio - "Space" is freaking hilarious for those who love sci-fi. Some highlights from the ep: Katherine's report on the explosion of the Death Star, Matthew's android girlfriend, the Jawa newstand, Joe's attempt to fix the reactor core, and of course, the ending ("OK, but no gay stuff, all right?").

Simpsons - The "Itchy & Scratchy Land" episode is by far the best Simpsons ep ever made (besides the Treehouse of Horrors ones).
"We need more Bort license plates!"
"... We also have your older, balder, fatter son."
"OK... I'll have the baby guts." "Mom, that's veal!" "You disgust me, lady."

There was an episode of "Just Shoot Me" called "Slow Donny" that was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

There are also some episodes of "NewsRadio" (like the one where Matthew turns 30 and becomes a British-accented punk) and "Third Rock From the Sun" that are hysterically funny.
