    I believe "compromise" means...

    the guy would rather do what he's being ask to do than to hear all the b****ing that would come his way if he resisted.

    A guy will be more willing to compromise based on the hotness level of the woman involved.

    Not all men like to stick it up the butt. Some just like to lick the outside or 'toss salad' if you know what I'm saying. :D I don't get the obsession with the anal region myself but to each their own.
