But you have to wait about 9 1/2 months for it to be delivered after you order it. Customer service is a b**** too.

AT&T also offers a bundle with the Dish. So you aren't relegated to Uverse.

I would probably get the Dish seperately and go through EarthLink for my internet and phone though.

This isn't available in Houston is it? I check from time to time and it always says unavailable in my area.

I have at&t u-Verse. For 3mbps DSL + Cable/Fiber'd tv of HD + Showtime/TMC 300+ channels in one DVD and 2 extra receivers free every month, I pay ~ $110 . I am happy with my service.

I still have a landline phone service from (yes, you guessed it) at&t - formerly sbc for $20. They might roll it into the DSL+CABLE+PHONE bill soon.

I don't mean to HIJACK, but... for those of you in the Sugarland Area, can you tell me what you all have? I hear ALLTELL has a monopoly in Sugarland and a professor who lives there wanted to know what her options could be.

SUGARLAND people... what do you all have for BroadBand? Laptop cards are OK.
