Let's face it Hakeem is putting us back in the free-agent process and this problably sending our own free-agents a bad message. We haven't even been able to bring in other free-agents. Maurice Taylor has been leaning towards staying since the draft so he might be our only lock but what about the others.

Plan A: Moochie B: Shammond Williams of Damon Jones
Plan A: Shandon (if cheap and short term) B: nothing b/c of T-Rock and taking away PT from EG
Plan A: Mo Plan B: Hopefully there is none
Hakeem is a Question and if not him we might have a chance at Marc Jackson b/c he has made comments about possibly coming to Houston

Who knows [IMG] Im tired of waiting.

A positive of signing Hakeem to about 9 mil is that next year at Shawn Marion and his 98' draft posey! What do yall think?

Marion was in the 99 draft with Francis. Next year is the Carter, Pierce, Jamison, LaFrentz etc. class.

Also, why would we want marion unless he was a 4 I think that he is a 3 in pheonix I could be wrong though, I dont watch too many of their games.

I would like to see the Rockets get the dream for mabey two years with a incentive ladden contract and give Kelvin this year to put up or shut up. If the guy is still constantly spending time on the IL I say buy him out and salvage something from him. Hopefully he will turn it around. I would be happy with 12-8-2 from him at this stage of the game
