Just a boredom thread, but usually yields interesting results... Let's post our desktops, people. (for those who may not know how, just use that "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, open a photo or print shop program, start a new file, paste in the image, and please resize to a smaller -600 width- image) Thanks for playing! btw-please keep it safe, don't lose our privileges!!
The view about a mile hike from my house in the Catskills. Well, I'm an idiot and can't figure out the sizing ****! Sorry guys.

Pixies! How can you people stand having your desktops all faggoted up with icons and folders? I have a single folder on my desktop and that's it. It contains shortcuts for all of my applications. My top 5 apps have quick launch buttons for ease of use.
sorry about the size, but im actually suprised i was able to get this up. learn something new everyday on these wacky machines. ive had this as my desktop for a few years. interesting story behind it actually...i had gone camping out in big bend w/ some friends and we were camping on the south rim and we each ate about 5 grams of mushrooms and after a bit, as i was laying flat on my back on the edge of the rim, staring up at the clear blue sky, i had a vision that i was being sucked towards this giant blue orb w/ glowing tentacles. as i drifted closer towards the orb i was sucked inside one of the tentacles and pulled towards the middle, where once inside i was greeted by a greek goddess looking older woman whose hair was made up of the glowing tentacles. anyway, about a week later i found this image on an art website and instantly recognized it from the vision that i had. really freaky, as if someone wanted me to have some kind of reminder of it. ive kept it as my desktop ever since. true story...
