Inspired by THIS thread from a couple years ago, I thought it would be fun to start a new one to see what everyone has in their liquor cabinet these days. Mine is pretty weak because I'm usually an idiot and go out to drink rather than stay home and save money. Balvenie Doublewood Scotch Hendricks Gin Bombay Sapphire Gin Bailey's Irish Cream (Which I'm pretty sure is the same bottle I had when we did this thread 2 years ago) Miller Lite in the fridge
This is pretty funny. I've got about 15% of a 1 liter bottle of Bacardi in the fridge, that's it. I haven't touched it in quite a while.
Weller's 107 Woodford Reserve Bulleit Starbuck's Black (Kahlua substistute, less sweet, mas sabor) Some knockoff of Bailey's Herradura something Monopolova wodka Hendricks (don't care for gin too much but it's delicious, rock on harrissment) Glenlivet Macallan 18 Mount Gay bunch of random E.European vodka; Carribbean rum; Mexican tequila/mezcal Na Zdrowie!
A couple of years ago it would have been some Bailey's Irish Cream; or some Knob Creek whiskey any time I wanted a nice kick. The thing is, I'm well over 300 pounds, so I figure I've destroyed my health enough without drinking regularly. But any time I'm waiting for take out or at a company mixer I'll take a shot of gin: followed by ginger ale, then a water, then repeat. Hate beer, but I'll take a Heineken if I have to. And if I'm at a "nice" restaurant I'll usually take a glass of wine or two. Incidentally, my father had a fully stocked liquor cabinet, unlocked and right next to the TV on the wall unit. But we never touched it: he would've beat us like rugs if we did.
Props on the Glenlivet and the Mac 18. Love both of them. I just finished off some cab sav. Now I gots nothin'.
