I seem to remember hearing about one of Bush's daughters falling out of her dress at the inaugural ball. Maybe this is an 'after' shot. (as opposed to the 'during' shot that I wanna see)
What actually happened was that W was trying to spin his daughter around while dancing but part of her dress strap got caught on a tux button and it tore. I saw it live on CNN. Like Robert said Bush was twirling his daughter when in midtwirl she stopped cause the top of her dress was coming off. The dress was strapless. The CNN commentators who were in discussion didn't miss a beat. They made no reference to the embarassing situation and took a commercial break.
