What's a good team building game or activity for 5 people?

    My work team has a meeting tomorrow and I'd like to come up with a short (20 minute) game or activity to get us smiling before we settle in for work.

    Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking of a quick board game or tossing around a frisbee if it's nice outside, but maybe someone here has a better suggestion?

    FWIW, if you typically work Monday through Friday, and are forcing your team in on the weekend to catch up, at last one member of your team is going to hate you for delaying his/her weekend that extra twenty minutes so that you can "team-build."

    Better to bring free food and/or beers to liven things up. Showing solidarity against the injustice of the situation, rather than you yourself being the injustice.

    you might want to give some more info...like the kind of work you'll be doing, number of people, etc..

    but i agree that sometimes it's best to just bring the coffee and donuts...depends on your team though.

    So much cynicism...

    Usually there are at least a few good suggestions amid all the predictable negativity and lame attempts at humor, but bigtexxx was the only one who came up with anything useful.

    Unfortunately, the marshmallow challenge is a bit too involved. Something simpler just to make everyone more comfortable and help open the lines of communication would be better.

    Also, everyone in the group actually wants to do something like this, but we're just having trouble coming up with something specific... and there is no boss. I don't see how the gender breakdown is relevant, but it's 3 females and 2 males.
