The road trip starts at Miami, goes to new jersey, boston, minnesota, and ends at San Antonio.

Can this team go any better than 1-4?? Does anyone that has watched these last two games think so?

With the same one that has showed up last two games and without Tmac 0-5 this team is horrible, they better realize it and turn the ship around 2-3 would be good i think. Tmac come back soon take some painkillers and hop on. Go ROCKETS

That depends alot on when and if TMac comes back for any of those games. But, this experience is good for us playing without TMac. The rest of the team has to be able to play well without TMac. If our whole team is balanced around the fact that we only can play well with TMac, then this team lacks the balance and versatility I thought was what we were going for when we picked up all these new players. The issue, to me anyway, is this team has not played well because they haven't played enough together to develop that all important team chemistry. Well, that, and David Wesley can't shoot worth a crap. ;)

Let's face it...the pre-season sucked even if we went 6-2. We played horribly and could not expect to win those games during the regular season. I think the new guys are still feeling out JVG's system and this situation we have seen many times before starting out the season. If we aren't doing much better further down the road, then maybe some changes need to be made.

My predictions on the road trip: 2 - 3

Without Tmac 0-5. If we get lucky and catch a team off guard then 1-4

They just looked so out of sync last night...

1-4. We play well at Fleet Center, that's our best shot.

We always play better on the road than at home for whatever reason. I say we beat Boston and Minn. Maybe NJ too, but no way we beat Miami or SA. At least not yet.

Maybe we can rediscover some of that road magic like last year. Remember when we beat Seattle and Phoenix on the road back to back?

Yup, I think the middle 3 are winnable. And I won't be surprised they beat Heat.

But if they come back 0-5, I may be the 1st one to start a "Fire Gundy" discussion.

If TMAC will stop hiding and shows up in the courtside, this is a possibility..

I am not a fair weather Rocket fan. Ever since I moved to Houston in 1982, I have support them through think and thin. The losts to NO and MCO were not acceptable. From the Rocket players without T mac, who could not step up to the challenge, to the coaches inablilty to figure out how to stop both opponents, I take a break. I am not give up on the Rockets but not going to watch them for awhile. If VG can't figure out how to control Francis or neutralize him---who can? I wanted them to hire Karl not VG but last year after winning over 50 game I started to like VG...but I might be rethinking my position.....

1-4. No chance at Miami or S.A. Little chance at New Jersey. Small chance at Boston or Minny. I'm hoping we grab one in there somewhere.

It's going to be ugly. A massacre in some of those games.

    1-4, maybe 2-3

I agree. and if T-Mac does come back during the road trip, it'll be for only the last game, vs the Spurs. I mean, watching the last two games I have no reason to believe it could be any better than 1-4, I just hope to God its not 0-5 and us staring at a 1-7 start :(

    1-4 or 2-3

Even if we come out with a losing record for this road trip it will definitely give our players consistent time together vs other teams. I think one of the reasons we havn't gotten into the groove is because our first 3 games were so far apart.

Wow. That's a tough road trip. I'm predicting 1-4, but everytime I go against the home team, they win. One of those Murphy things.
