I will most certainly NOT eat at Dominos now that I know they can hire a woman with such an ANNOYING voice.
Very smart. They are getting free publicity, got a slap on the wrist from Dominoes, and they get free promotion for their book. Very smart.
http://consumerist.com/5211428/consumerist-sleuths-track-down-offending-dominos-store Thanks to the power of the internet, this is how they were caught.
Free publicity about how their employees put boogers on cheese and fart on salami? I don't think that is the kind of promotion they are looking for.
their book? Apparently a book about Tori Spelling..don't think they had much to do with it or get much out of the profits..
Oh god, it gets worse: http://www.goodasyou.org/good_as_you/2009/04/video-let-the-dominoes-appall.html
I don't order from Domino's, but this is still disgusting. Man, I think I should stop ordering Pizza, I don't even want to imagine what some people do to my pizza.
Lol, my bad. I didn't even see that RKREBORN was talking about publicity for the Tori Spelling book! Anyway, I clicked on the link in BmwM3's post, and the email exchange from the Dominoes VP of Communications was surprisingly refreshing. He really cut to the point, told it like it is, and assigned blame to the appropriate individuals. I guess I'm just used to seeing form letters and legally neutral language from higher-ups.
The thing is that this kind of stuff happens at lots of restaurants and you'll never ever know. Out of sight out of mind, but then something like this makes you aware and ruins your appetite.
§ 14‑27.5A. Sexual battery. (a) A person is guilty of sexual battery if the person, for the purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, or sexual abuse, engages in sexual contact with another person: (1) By force and against the will of the other person; or (2) Who is mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless, and the person performing the act knows or should reasonably know that the other person is mentally disabled, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless. (b) Any person who commits the offense defined in this section is guilty of a Class A1 misdemeanor. (2003‑252, s. 2.)
So with what you gave me, there is a higher chance this lady had sex with a tard, therefore, getting a sexual battery charge??
