Say p*rn was outlawed, similar to alcohol prohibition in the 1920s. The fine for getting caught with it is similar to getting a DUI; it's not a felony for the first offense, but you really get put through the grinder on fines and time-consuming classes, seminars, etc. Then the second, third, etc, offenses stack up and there's a possibility of going to jail. Also, if you get pulled over or police enter your house, there's a way for them to find p*rn on digital devices, kind of like a drug dog finds weed hidden under that old removable floorboard. What would you do?
Easy to determine if you've been streaming p*rn. This is your first offense, pervert. Glen Beck faints.
I would look into investing in the p*rn business, which I imagine would have a higher margin of profit if it were outlawed.
Yeah lol, You can be the Al Capone of p*rn. I would also see a huge rise in homemade p*rn. This isn't like alcohol where you need certain materials and equipment to make. Anyone with a camcorder (cell phone) these days can technically make p*rn.
