What would happen if we gave 90 lashes for failing to curb your dog?

Let's take a look at this with the sense that we're a society that is willing to give the death sentence. So today - I saw a guy let his big dog take a nice dump in front of a building. And he walked away - and I asked him, why don't you just curb your dog. And his response was, "what's anyone going to do about it? sue me?"


So I thought, that's a guy who might benefit from 90 lashes. I mean, that's some serious incentive. I mean, if people knew they would get 90 lashes for not curbing their dog - I bet they'd never take a chance.

 

Ya know, I wouldn't have a problem with people who don't clean up after their dogs getting lashes. Seems like the perfect punishment.
