I expected a WCF return. Maybe more with the addition of Lawson.

Legitimate threat to beat anyone in the playoffs, regardless of seeding.

    Similar record to last year.

    Improved chemistry and less injuries.

    Instead......... this ..... fiasco.

Top 3 team in west, top 4 in NBA.

At minimum 2nd round appearance, 55+ win season.

    Highly, highly disappointed.

2-4 seed. Hopeful to return to WCF.

Next year will be easier to deal with. Expectations won't be nearly as high.

Expected to be a top 4 seed, WCF trip again, with a higher chance of beating spurs/gsw.

Definitely didn't think we'd be under .500 at ANY point this season :/

I expected them to be pissed off after last year and come back more determined and more dedicated. I expected a sense of urgency throughout the the year. I looked at the history of the NBA and thought of how many teams that just fell short had to work even more after they reached a conference finals or finals. I truly expected a similar effort and outcome. I expected discipline and commitment. Not necessarily a championship mind you, but a way of playing that said to the NBA, "Here we are and we're not going away and we are only going to get stronger."

As I said at the beginning of the season, I honestly can't think of a team I've been more disappointed in, and I have watched some horrendous Rockets teams. But none that were crushed by the burden of expectations like this one seems to have been.

We need a new coach, a new attitude, and some resiliency.

Was a great post, and then you blamed it on the coach, like every other post here.

Yep. I thought we were going to be amazing at full strength. I was hoping Dmo was going to come back healthy and paired with Dwight to make an amazing twin towers. I expected Hardwn to come in with an MVP season. I was hoping Ty Lawson was going to work out even though I had alot of early doubts. This team is so heart breaking to watch. This was almost as sad as the Rockets team during Drexlers retirement year.

If anyone didn't think they would be a top 4 seed with home court advantage and a legitimate shot at another WCF trip they would be lying

Even the Naysayers calling for Morey's head now looked at the preseason roster and didn't think anything below 4th seed.

I actually didn't expect the Warriors to be the 1 seed again. I thought OKC would take that honor.

But as for us, top 3 team in the West, top 3-4 team in the league, WCF berth. Tough WCF that came down to game 7.

    Disappointed.

2nd or 3rd seed WCF return loss in 6 or 7 games. Harden runner up for MVP, Dwight defensive player of the year leading the league in rebounds.
