    I just bought a $2K flute for $450. In 2003, I bought a $3K alto sax for $850.

Not eBay, but in 2001 I bought a brand new $6K tenor sax for $2,400.

Did you intentionally scam the guy or did you describe the item as defective -- as is?

If it's the former, that is messed up and I'm not sure it's something I'd be bragging about.

Bought all the discontinued Disney DVDs for my niece for $50..when they arrived they were total copies, so I emailed the seller and said I was going to report their ass until they refund me $45. Seller gave me $45 back on PayPal a few days later.

My niece still watches them all. Except Song of the South, which I kept for myself bc it was basically banned by Disney and my sister in law probably thinks its racist. I haven't watched it yet so l have zero opinion on that.

No, I didn't lie or anything. I don't remember exactly what I put, but it was used and as-is. Definitely my best value on Ebay, and definitely something I'm proud enough about to brag on.

Messed up? Sure. That's ebay, baby. Caveat Emptor.

Don't want say because it has my actual name in it, but if you actually want it for business purposes I'd be happy to PM you. I only sell my music equipment as it becomes replaced in my collection.

    haha "I didn't lie or anything " ... riiight.

I think leaving out the fact that something is broken and saying it was only "used" and "as-is" qualifies for "or anything".

You're kind of an ass...at least in how you do business

Lame. If you know something doesn't work you should state that in the auction.
