What was the effect fingerprinting had on ride sharing in Houston?

    I know both Lyft and Uber were in Houston at some point. I believe yft left town when they started fingerprinting but Uber is still there.

    How do you feel the overall service changed before fingerprinting and after? Does it take longer to get a ride? Is it more expensive?
