Just need some tips. People have been tellling me that I've lost weight over the past month or so. Right now, I just drink a protein shake w/banana for breakfast. I don't have all the time in the world to spend to eat. What are some ideas? I'm not a fan of the granola bars, and now that Krispy Kreme is gone, I don't like doughnuts much. Ideas?
I get a nice vanilla-almond granola cereal from Whole Foods and cut up about a quarter of a banana in it for breakfast... sooo good. Even for cereal.
