    Hey all,

You guys rememeber my f*ed up relationship story, about the crazy girl, the phone call, the mother, blah blah. Well, I was with her for three years, and I did consider marrying her. Enough to buy a 999.99 dollar engagement ring. Yeah, I know. It sucks that I spent that much and didnt even get to use it. I have paid it off, and I am trying to think of something to do with it. I will judge it by this poll.....

I dont know what your story is, but if you kept it and gave it to another girl...that would be bad. Instead of recycling the gift, sell it to willy.

At least you didn't spend a thousand bucks on the ring.

Dude, unless you are hard up for money, keep it. When you get engaged again, trade it in at the jewelry store you bought it at for a new, nicer ring.

Most jewelry stores have a full value trade policy. Check with the salesperson you bought it from.

Jewelry doesn't hold its resale value. Keep it.

Actually, I'm in the market for one. If I might ask how is the engagement ring (the cut, diamond clarity, metal type?) and how much would you be willing to sell it for?

Stones thrown into the ocean, and then dug out of the ocean, go up in value dramatically. But long after your dead. One to grow on.

I can't believe you are letting that fine catch of a woman and her mom get away.

Give the ring to her mom so that she will like you and then she can help you patch things up with her daughter.

And then this time, spend a thousand dollars on her new ring.

Keep it to propose to your next gf. Come on people. Don't waste your money.

Put it in an envelope, fold the envelope and seal it in a mason jar, post it on ebay as being a haunted mystery envelope with "something worth almost $1000" and fabricate a story that centers around how the Virgin Mary's long-lost evil twin sister's spirit is captured within the jar.

If that doesn't work, you should pawn it and host a one-night-only crack party ala Tyrone Biggums. Of course, how much crack can one man buy for under $1000?

From a girl's standpoint, do not reuse this on a future girl. Either trade it in or sell it.

I would trade it, however i do not know how long after the purchase you can trade it. otherwise sell it. Do not use it for a future girl, she would not apreciate it, trust me.
