Just wondering, what time do you people go to sleep? It's already pass midnight. I find it hard to sleep, usually go to sleep like at 1:30pm. I just don't get sleepy, does anybody has this problem?
I go to sleep about 2 am. But that is only because I dont have class until 11:30 so I can sleep till 10.
With the World Cup action. And all the game starting at 1:30am till 8am. I have to asleep at 5pm till 10 pm and get my sleep then and then I get about 2 more hours during the night normally from 6:30 to 7:45am. But its not to bad. I get to read up alot on this board. No competition for the computer at this time. Much different lifestyle.
Around 2-3am for me. I had afternoon-night classes this past semester so, it wasnt too bad for me. As for the Friday and Saturday, I try to sleep as early as possible because I work on weekend mornings at 7am.
I typically fall asleep between 12 and 2 AM I wake every day at 6AM for work. the World cup has severely messed me up, so some nights I just havnt slept, and take a random nap later. Weekends I typically sleep after 4AM, and wake around 11am
It depends . . . I try to go to sleep around 2 or 3. Somtimes I stay up later . . . but lately, I've been falling asleep around 1, 1:30. I sleep in four hour cycles, so if I can sleep from 2 to 6:15 ro so, I wake up VERY rested. Problem is that I usually push it, and sleep for an extra hour or somthing, and it sucks 'cause I'm kindof tired when I wake up.
Obviously, not when I should, or I wouldn't be posting here right now. No, usually this means that I curled up and fell asleep at some point in the late evening after midnight, but couldn't stay asleep because there was something I still had to do. Eventually I get back up to do it. I don't get up until 10 though. Don't know how those of you who are getting 4 hours a night survive...
I "try" to go to sleep between 11pm-12am - usually stay up and watch Married With Children at 11:30 on Fox. Sometimes if a good movie is on I stay up later, or if it is during the Rockets season and we are on the West coast I stay up until the game is over. I usually get up at 6:30am and leave the house at 6:40am for work.
I go to sleep during the week around midnight to 15 minutes after 12 and get up by 6 in the morning to go to work. On the weekends, I will go to bed anywhere from midnight to 2 in the morning unless I'm really tired and I'll go to bed sooner. I usually sleep until 9 to 9:30 on the weekends plus I take several naps as well.
Prob around 11:30-12:00 school days, but schools out!!!!!!!!!! and since this is my first day of summer since i dont have exams tommorow i am going to stay up till like 3:00 prob.
Isabel, Its funny, i often wonder how people get so much sleep. or what really boggles my mind is how people can be sleeping when there is so much going on, or so much you could be doing. sure, I am a bit different. I have ADDHD. The Hyperactivity part of it surely helps me function at my usual high level without need of sleep. people that know me often just look at me and get tired watching the dust I kick up. Its just a difference of body chemestry. Im sure I will slow down a little when I get older. I am only 27 now. My sleep habits are actually a bit more interesting than I origanally posted. The part about not sleeping when something is happening, or sleeping when I could be doing something fun is a huge part of my lack of sleep. When i have a Girlfriend I concider thre to always be something more fun than sleep available to me. therefore i dont sleep. i often "wear down" girlfriends this way. where i am fine without the sleep they rarely are. Its hard to live in a normal world with my abnormal body chemestry. Thank god for sports and work to keep me busy and tire me out PEACE
