Has anyone ever heard of Michael Finley?Well he's in this draft this year also. His name,Terrence Morris. The mistake has been made before, but lets not hope its made again.Finley and Morris would have both been high lottery selections had they come out after their jr years. Both stayed in and had bad sr seasons and got penalized. We have seen what kind of player Finley has become,he was picked next to last by Phoenix. What the rockets can do is don't water for something you don't have.Take Randolph 13th,Haywood 18th,and Morris with the last 1st round pick.Langhi and Morris can battle for the sf spot.Send Williams,Anderson,Taylor,Cato and Bullard on their way.I don't think you build playoff teams, you build chanpionship teams.Francis and Mobley can keep this team afloat, and morris, langhi, randolph, haywood, will come around in a year or two and then they'll have a championship quality team with only francis as a salary cap eater.

First off, welcome to the board. I am really not a fan of Randolph. I think the Rockets think the same way. And I would want Woods instead of Haywood.

Randolph reminds me of Othella. We can probably get him later in the draft since most so-called experts project him in the twenties.

The Rockets need Bullard and Taylor back. Forget Webber, who is a great player but will eat up must of the cap. Re-sign a those 2 (and Moochie) and sign M. Jackson and Eddie Robinson. Release/trade Williams, Cato, Collier and Anderson. Of course none of this will likely occur since eddie is asking for a lot more than he is currently worth. Plus the Bulls have loads of money to spend on him and are rumored to be interested. No mention anywhere that Jackson is interested in Houston either. And we all know there is little interest for Cato or Williams. It would be nice though...

The Rocket should trade a combo of picks for Curry or Diop. Then use any pick leftover for T-Mo or Cisse.

welcome to the board, I love the comparison

I've not been a big Terrence Morris guy, but I'm finally convinced, we should get this guy. I think that's a great comparison w/ Michael Finley. I don't think T-Mo is as good as Finley, but he's got a similar story, and a similar-kindof game.

I wouldn't get Zach Randolph or Haywood tho. Talk about a lot of beef [IMG]

Believe it or not, I like Haywood over Woods. He just seems more suited to banging it out down low NBA style than Woods.

And I like Terrence Morris, too. If representatives from other teams start visiting this site, though, he may not be available with a 23 [IMG]

On second thought, I don't think Terrence Morris would be a good fit on this team at all.
