What the hell is wrong with some people damnit! Someone keyed my freakin car on the passenger side! ALL THE WAY ACROSS! Why would anyone key anyones car is beyond me? Its not that noticeable, but still....
Sorry to hear about that. Last week one of my friends who is from the middle east got his car keyed. He went to the airport and he said when he got out of his car , 3 guys in their 20s were standing by their car and calling him terrorist and that they hate his people. When he came back , his car was keyed everywhere.
is it one long streak or multiple scratches? could someone maybe have gotten too close with a backpack and scratched it with a zipper or button? regardless, it sucks... rH

Its basically one long scracth. I dont think anyone did it accidently. It basically looks like this _____ ______ ________________________________________ Can it get scratched when you take it for a car wash. I am pretty sure it was not there on friday. I got my car washed on saturday and when out at night. Then I didnt go anywhere on Sunday and Monday in that car. I noticed it on Tuesday morning and didnt think it was that bad. Last evening though I looked at it carefully and it is pretty bad!
Must be the thing to do. Someone keyed my driver side at work a couple of weeks ago. I'm white, I have no enemies (that I know of) and I didn't park close to someone or steal their parking space. I feel your pain.

When I was a hethon kid, I walked around breaking stuff...busting up newly contructed houses...making dry ice bombs and exploding them in the neighborhood (no I won't tell you how...) A real jackass before the idiotic show came along telling kids its o.k. to be jackasses. You'd be surprised what kids do. If it wasn't for the countless hours and hours of professional counseling...I wouldn't be the great person I am today rearing little ROXRAN's to take over the world I am.... I was kinda nuts as a kid........I think a lot of posters were nuts as kids. I only hope someone will do to these kids and what I didn't get and that is a nice, swift kick up the backside. also I think instead of nice, liberal counselors...we need to have an arse kicking conservative who will straighten up the hethons by slapping some sense upside their head.....or better yet, the world needs better parents, plain and simple.
People who key cars are no better than terrorists. They should be keyed themselves on one or both sides. If you don't own it, then don't phucking touch it DAMMIT!!!!!!!! If you want to key someone else's car, then you should at least be there to face the consequences instead of going off and hiding in a freaking cave. Stupid punk kids probably...when I was younger, I went to Hamilton's Pool with my friends and their family. We had a very nice time swimming at the Pool and came back to the van we came in only to find it keyed on one side....for no phucking reason. The friends' Dad was really pissed off...the man has a temper. I would have loved to see him find the kids doing it...err. Ruined a perfectly pleasant outdoor experience. I had someone steal the H off of my last car. Man I was so pissed. I laughed when I saw the Simpsons episode though. As for your car, I'm sorry to hear that. What color is your car and how deep is the scratch? There's some expensive wax that will make it look better. Not get rid of it completely, but make it look better. They probably keyed your car because they know you like the Yankees. Seriously, that sucks. What type of car do you have? If it's a nice one, then that explains it. There's too many jealous and immature people out there. I always feared that having a nice car would evoke those type of responses. I would have no idea about this, but I guess insurance won't cover it. Do you mind me asking how much damage it is?
Coma its black. Well its a Lexus GS300. I do get dirty looks sometimes from older guys but also some dirty looks from young chicks if you know what I mean. The scratch is not deep at all, but it goes all the way across the car.
Damn that's a nice car. Well, I'm not going to offer you any advice since it's such a nice car. I don't want someone hating my guts because I gave him advice and he messed up his nice car. Although, to make you feel better, I will tell you that if it's not too deep, it might just be the clearcoat that's scratched. If that's the case, it wont, it shouldn't cost you as much if the paint had actually been scratched. Well good luck, and hopefully the bastards who did this get a flat tire driving through 5th Ward.
I tried touch-up paint on scratches (not from a key) on my car but it doesn't seem to work. Even factory touch-up doesn't match exactly. It's frustrating. It sucks. It might be best to just leave it alone. When I was younger, keying cars seemed pretty funny. Now that I drive I think its stupid. I wouldn't want that to happen to me nor would I want to do it to someone else. People gotta stop hating.
