I called Time Warner Austin and they credited me $10.
They said they are aware of the problem and are trying to call to see what happened.

Damn it!! Its AL QUEDA!! They hate the Rockets for getting rid of their only Muslim player!! DAMN THEM!!!

They said it was a problem with InDemand...personally I don't give a damn who's fault it was, I should get comped 1/82 of what I have paid.

    That's right, I want my 2 dollars!

I wouldn't be so pissed if the Rockets had just packed it in and took the loss...but now this is going into overtime? Good lord I am pissed.

I record each game, wait for my wife and son to go to bed, then have some alone time with my team.

    I missed the whole comeback.

    CRAP !!

I'm gonna call them again tomorrow. I'm kinda nervous to talk to the same customer service lady. I told her tonight's Rockets game went out and could I get credit...she said I'll credit you a portion of your bill = $32 instead of filling out paperwork

Hopefully she didn't think I wanted to cancel League Pass. Hey if it keeps working, I'm not gonna complain. I repeated $32 and she said yes sir. HOLY MOLY!

What would you do? I'm serious...she said $32!

I want to make sure LP hasn't been cancelled but I don't want to blow this sweet credit of my account :D

btw, I have Time Warner Austin. I want this in writing.

I did the same thing last night after I realized I was watching a buff chic that can probably kick my ass dance to "Like a Virgin".

The Cust. Srvc. rep was completely confused, and didn't even know what League Pass was. I tried to explain to her and then considered it a waste of my time to explain to her the services that her employer provides.

    BTW-This is in San Antonio.

It was fine locally, although it did get bumped from both the "normal"
FSSW, and the "alternate" FSSW for some reason :)

As to what happened with League Pass, they typically set those things on timers. The game had an outrageously long first quarter and went into overtime. I'm sure humans weren't monitoring, so it just automatically switched over. No "Heidi-ing" involved.

Adelphia bites...... So far they only want to credit me a measly 5.95. I'm still moving up the chain of command...trying to find someone that has a brain.....

That did suck! Right in the fourth quarter I see some chick doing some crazy dance routine! But at least the Rockets came back and won.

I just called Time Warner Austin and they said in deed my credit is worth $32. I don't know who I talked to late last night, but I recommend that if you have a problem please call after 11 PM cause it will save you money!

I could understand one night of credit, but they credited me nearly the fourth payment of $39.75.

The person I talked to said we cannot cancel LP under any circumstances but you will receive two weeks of free cable as credit and continue having LP = $32

Next time the Cavs or Bulls game goes out or any game, you guys should call!

I thought I pressed something on my remote. I re-entered the station and saw ms fitness doing her thing. I was so pissed. I flipped over to nbatv and they only showed about 2 seconds of the Rockets catching up.

Luckily for me, the cable company hasn't charged me a dime for league pass. They forgot and I havent reminded them. I can't complain. The reception has been hit and miss all year but the chicks doing aerobics really sucked.
