    Of all artists they could've done a tribute movie to, it had to be this kid! That's f***ing sad right there and it shows how pathetic the movie industry has gotten over the year. Now, I don't mind someone being seemingly successful...what I do mind though, is on what merit? Thousands, millions of talented people are out there, with talent that seem to be god-like, far surpassing many mainstream artists and where are they? Working 2 F***ing jobs to rake in money to buy studio time or whatever it is they're into it. I have a serious disliking for how humanity feeds into a disillusioned society and crappy economy to support their trivial lust for money!

    Everytime I see artist like this, my heart effing breaks open for other artist pounding the pavement, spitting their souls out on songs or anyone with a passion for something and they're doing it and doing it well...but, for some reason...the best are not good enough. In stead, society prefers to settle for mediocrity and unintelligent drivel that the common fowl can easly grasp! F THEM! F THEIR SUPPORTERS! F THEIR PARENTS! F THE PEOPLE WHO DANCE TO THIS BS IN THE CLUBS! F YOU IF YOU BOUGHT HIS F'ING CD AS A GIFT FOR YOUR DAUGHTER! THAT'S RIGHT, F U! F EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! :mad:

    Regardless this will make money since all the little fan girls will go see this. It's twilight 2.0 for these girls. I'd rather get raped by a walrus on acid then watch this movie...And don't tell me haters going to hate because there are many of us out there who feel the same way.

    On brighter note. I'm glad the video has more dislike than likes.

    Why are untalented musicians so successful you ask? Because they aren't selling their music so much as they're selling their brand. Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Ke$ha, Swift, and basically every other pop star have average talent, but major marketability. They don't strive to be good, they strive to be popular. It's always been like that. The difference is that you aren't the market they're trying to appeal to anymore.

    Why are you so mad?

    The music industry has been like this over the past few years. They see a kid that all the little girls go crazy over and they (like the poster before me said) market him into a brand. With the hype comes the haters too, so in less than a year this kid is all over the media.

    I mean do Jonas Brothers, Miley Cyrus not ring a bell. The list goes on and on. In 2-3 years however, the kid loses the looks, the little girls gets bored, and they find another kid to hype and market, and we all move on.

    I know it's difficult to accept that Bieber is the most talked about thing in the world of music and media, but little girls goes crazy over his lesbian look, can't do nothing about it.

    I understand not liking his music, because it's pretty lame. Or even the image, because well...it's gay. But, why hate on Justin Bieber? The kid got famous by singing on Youtube and was signed by Usher. People would kill for an opportunity like that! He just happened to get it.

    The kid has appeal and he's obviously successful. What's interesting is that Akon and Usher are becoming this generation's Dr. Dre. People who did their thing and then signed fresh new artists (Dre: Eminem, Usher: Bieber, Akon: Lady Gaga) who are basically cash cows for them. Props to all of the above because they're making money like no other.

    If you want to complain about "the music scene" deteriorating, well you will probably complain about that forever. There were equally horrible artists in the 90's, 80's and 70's. There's no golden era of music per se. These guys are entertainers. And they seem to be doing their job well

    Besides, i'm sure you can always go listen to your Girl Talk/Animal Collective/ Devandra Banhart record and be super cool listening to "real stuff."

    P.S. I can't ****ing stand Justin Bieber's music. I get enraged everytime I hear that stupid "baby" song...
