What software created the light rail and new arena simulations?

    Does anybody know what computer programs were used to create the visual clip depicting the proposed light rail system?

    Same question for the fly-through of the new arena that was shown last fall.

    The arena shots were done predominantly with Final Cut Pro but I don't know what program did the animations. I know they were all done on Macs and that the music and video were edited with Final Cut Pro.
