However, at this point without knowing Utah laws, and all of the details of the case, what would your punishment do you think Brian David Mitchell should receive? What would you suggest for Wanda Barzee?
i don't know the laws of the state of utah...and since he crossed state lines with her, they're looking at federal prosecution perhaps. i think the federal sentencing guidelines are pretty tough on kidnappers.
Punishment for starting a third thread on one topic, I don't know, but the Judge, The Honorable Clutch, is pretty stringent on these types of offenses.
