Practice, and a lot of it. Like have the starters play the bench, making the losers having to practice an extra hour and the winner running or lifting in the extra hour. Hell, maybe Cato could go to the gym EVERY day. And get some shooting coachs.

Yes. Absolutely. They really need to practice. Eddie really needs to practice shooting. Cato needs to practice shooting free throws. Francis just needs to....i don't know. But mainly, Eddie Griffin needs to work on his shot.

A High School Summer Basketball Camp! Doesn't Calvin Murphy run one? Our guards especially. Learning the fundamentals of team basketball could do them worlds of good. Shooting practice a must for most of the players on this team. Rockets are one of the poorest shooting teams I have ever seen. Very poor technique.

I dissagree. What they need more now is rest. Francis, Mobley, Eddie, Moochie and Taylor are all banged up. These are the dog days of the NBA and having enough rest is more iumportant than practice time.

But in the off-season, that will be a different issue. Eddie needs to work on his low post and moves and gain some more strength and muscle mass. Yao also needs some more muscle mass, improve his finishing skills, endurance, strength & stamina, center of gravity and the of course get enough rest to recharge his battery.

Have to totally agree with you here. Extra practice would be a bad thing if the players were too tired to ever play well. Players can't heal without some rest.

Dont forget Yao. He needs to work on his shot too. And work on his post up moves.

See what's bad about this is that they need BOTH, rest and practice.
