    - More infrastructure (e.g. broadband)
    - Easier to hire foreign talent
    - Incentives for young people to become entrepreneurs
    - Incentivize investment in new companies
    - Attract foreign capital
    - Aggressive energy development policy
    - Improve air-traffic control
