I have enjoyed reading the similar thread about redoing flicks but this is an equally interesting topic.

Personally I would love to see:

Ferris's Bueller's Day Off of Work and it takes place twenty years after the first one.

    Agreed on Ferris sequel.

    From the same era:

Breakfast Club...20 year high school reunion?
    Fast Times at Ridgmont High
    Dazed and Confused

Wow, talking about getting back some of the classics. That would be great though not sure how breakfast club is gonna work since the story is based around students from different areas getting detention.

Like I've said before, Harold and Kumar goes to Amesterdam would be awesome.

I wouldn't mind another constantine film. I think the Dune series should continue till it exauhsted all the books.

Why, you planning on stealing your friend's dad's car on opening day?

More of a prequel, but The Hobbit must be made, and considering the success of LoTR, more than likely will be.

So, what? You want Ferris Bueller's day off where you see him on a couch as a forty yr. old grabbing the has been that was his girlfriend, and chasing down the pedophile that was the principal?

(Cameron's dead, BTW. His dad killed him for the Ferrari debacle)

It would be funny, but on a whole different level.

    Indy IV
    X-Files 2
Airplane 3 (think about it, Robert Hayes must have plenty of freetime)
Star Wars episodes 7, 8, 9 with an old Luke mentoring the younger Jedi
Rocky 6 -- Rocky V sucked, sucked, sucked, and a well-told Rocky 6 about a George Foreman-like comeback would help erase the bad taste of Tommy Machine Gun.
    Unbreakable
Sneakers (Why the hell not? I love that movie. It's one of my favorite "forgotten" films of all-time)
    Goonies 2

There's a rumor going around that Quentin Tarantino is going to direct a Friday 13th.

Didn't one of the actors in Ferris's Bueller's Day off get convicted of child molestation? I think that would kill any sequels.
