I mean even if we sign all our free agents, I know for sure that we are not even close to be contenders and beat the Lakers or all the other strong west teams such as (Sac,Mavs,Spurs ). We need to bring a good center and another devensive player / rebounder to be able to beat one of those teams .

I've always beleived in bringing players in who will help the team long term. At the start of free agency there weren't many impact free agents and now there isn't much left. Potentially we could get Jackson, Booth, Corliss Williamson, or Jelani McCoy. Each has some NBA talent that make them valuable to someone. Jackson seems to be getting the most hype so we would have to overpay for him. Thus I would prefer Rudy would go after the other three.

The more likely scenario is that we will sign and trade Hakeem to Toronto for Stewart and Clark. Or some other team for a similar package that may include a draft pick instead of talent.

The real priority is to resign our current free agents - Moochie, Anderson & Taylor. We don't want to give the other players on the team the impression that we are no longer a desireable place to play. We don't want to become another LAC or GSW.
