Me? I have a 5' 7", 110lbs, brunette...err....uuh, not that kind of pet?! I'm talking about dogs, cats, etc. I'm a dog-man myself. I was at the dog show this past weekend at the Reliant Center and had a good time. Two dogs really stood out to me: the French Bulldog and the Staffordshire Bull Terrier! If I had to choose, I'd take the Staffordshire B.T.(a very beautiful, powerful, graceful dog; friendly too!) But they're like over a grand(purebred pups). Maybe later on, but for now I have a very spoiled, 40 lbs., Pointer-Terrier mix, 2 y.o. girl named "Buffy". Yes, she's named after Buffy, The Vampire Slayer! I adopted her from the Houston SPCA and it was a very well spent $60; she's a great dog(other than she thinks she owns the house)! So what's your pet of choice(and let's keep this clean ya'll).
Dog guy!! big-time... I currently have a full blood sable Sheltie... I prefer bigger dogs, like Rots or Labs...but my back yard isn't big enuff.. Maybe one day... Also have a 6" Oscar and a 7"Striped Rapheal cat in one tank.. and 4 assorted angels and a cory cat in the other... So i'm a dog and fish guy actually...
I have a 5 lb. female Chihuahua named Nikki, black and tan. I am in the process of adopting another Chihuahua from the Chihuahua Rescue and Transport group named Coco. She is also about 5 lbs., about 2 years old, and is chocolate and tan. Both full blooded, Nikki has papers, I imagine Coco won't come with any. But I don't plan on breeding either one.
http://epets.tripod.com I have 2 cats (one is new and not on the site) A female calico and a male tabby (he's 4 months) 2 Rotts... 4 years and 5 months
RM95's Girl and I are going to try and find a cat whenever we move...she's allergic most of the time, but she's found some that don't bother her. We won't be flippant in our search for a cat.
Wow, deja vu. Try a Cornish Rex cat. They are kinda funny looking, but are supposed to be popular with folks that are allergic. Who knows....
I don't have any pets mainly because I don't get home until 5:30 every night during the week. My parents have a black and white Cocker Spaniel named Rex that I consider as my pet. I love that little dog a lot.
11 year old POMERANIAN. Name: Bear (cause he looks like one, sort of) Slightly overweight and over-loved. Likes: Sleeping-a lot. Sniffing freshly mowed lawns. Messing with my parakeet. Being petted. Dislikes: Other small dogs that yaps a lot. Sudden loud noises. Talents: Has me in the palm of his.. err. paws whenever he wants some attention.
Sadly, yes. One adopted from the Humane Society, one adopted from the SPCA, one from Wabash Feed Store and all the rest were strays and hard-luck cases from our neigborhood. What can I say -- we're just soft-hearted suckers.
Two Dachshunds: one girl (red, Roxie) and one boy (black and tan, Brewster). Brewster may be the death of me yet; he's about seven months old. I'm about to get him fixed even though he's not broken.
