I prefer Splenda, but it's too damn expensive, so I only use it if it's free (though Wal Mart has their own version of Splenda that is cheaper). My next favorite is Equal. I'll use sugar every once in a while. Dentists are so expensive, that I think I'd rather take my shot at cancer than a few cavities. Sugar Twin and Sweet 'N Low are just plain nasty.
Splenda is too damn expensive, but it's the only one that doesn't have saccharine in it, so I pay the extra $$.
you get used to sweet 'n low if you use it enough.. though i haven't had regular coffee or tea in a while now
If you use any "color" to sweeten your coffee, you're a wuss. PURE SUGAR. "... COKE is AMERICA's CUP of COFFEE..." So THAT explains why I annoy moes so much.
I don't put anything in my coffee. I prefer Equal in my tea. Splenda just tastes too sweet and Sweet N Low tastes like ass.
Tea = Sweet N' Low Coffee = Equal Cooking = Splenda And to all the artificial sweetner haters. None of them cause cancer. None. Zero. Zip. Nada. The lab rats in those studies were fed inconcievable amounts of saccharine, something like the equivilent of an entire housefull for a human over the course of a few weeks. So yeah. Bogus. Go go zero calories.
Eccentrically, I use one pink and one blue in my tea, one pink and two blues in a big mug of coffee. I gotta have both...yellow tastes like crap.
