Probably lumped in with the Christians. They didn't differentiate between Catholics and Protestants or list any Protestant denominations so I'll bet Mormans and LDS are included in the 2.1 Billion.
IIRC they follow the teachings of JC, but do not believe he was necessarily devine. Do Mormons believe that they are Christians? They have certainly left the reservation.
