I'm hungry and when I'm hungry I think about food. I guess I'm like Homer Simpson in that way.

Anyways. My favorite is my mother's fried chicken. I only get it once a year on my birthday and it truly is very special. One year I ate 14 chicken legs.

I can still put down 6-7 easily.

What is your most endearing favorite food. Something so good, you stop what your doing and go get it (when you think about it).

I got too many, but if I had to choose one, it would be sushi.

You need to try the seafood bisque at The Wet Spot in Midtown.

    Awesome stuff.

Too many to list as well... but just about any meat/poultry smothered in buffalo sauce will do.

My own fried chicken might be number one. The only other thing that can get close (or sometimes beat) is really good bacon.

No wonder I'm so damn fat.

    Runner ups:
    My own cheese enchiladas
    My own Osso Bucco
    My own quacamole
    Kanomwan's Tom Kha Gai
A good steak, cooked by me
my own smoked/grilled chicken (I use both terms because although I use pecan and smoke it, I keep the temp up high enough to roast it)
REALLY good bread--especially a good French baguette with good butter
    Sushi
The grilled quail at El Tiempo (they only get it right about 20% of the time, but when they do.........good stuff!)
    My own chicken soup
My own chicken fried steak (very thin breading) and dark brown gravy

I'm really into Chipotle burritos right now. I like Mission Burritos quite a bit too, but there's not one around where I live...

Pizza has always been my favorite but any decent steak ranks up there, too. Honorable mentions go to any decent hamburger, shrimp (fried only though) and ribs.

Favorite dessert has to be yellow cake with chocolate icing.
