I had not looked at the standings in awhile because I was frustrated with my Grizzlies and looked up and we are tied. What the heck happened? You guys were on a roll and I thought you were locking up the 6th seed. What is going on in Houston? Is it just a lull or do you guys think a change (trade) is needed to get over the hump? In Memphis, our fans our kind of resigned to the fact that we are ahead of schedule and were not really thinking we would be a playoff team this season so we want to stick with our young nucleus. What is the flava with our present and future rivals?
The flava is thinking about trading Steve, especially since he recently skipped a flight to go to the Super Bowl. After the Rockets got on a roll, they lost 3 in a row, then Steve was suspended, and they lost a fourth. At some point Jeff Van Gundy even questioned their heart. It doesn't look good. Yao had a good spurt but is on a lull again. Steve is a big fat target because it's his 5th year and he is still making the same mistakes as when he was a rookie, and this is his worst year ever.
