You know, the beer you get when you're thinking quantity over quality. Here are some HORRIBLE beers I drank in college due to always being broke. Olympia Gold (It's the water) Olympia Light (tastes even worse after being in car trunk overnight) The Beast Keystone (6-pack of tall boys used to be 2.99 at the Texaco in Huntsville ) Coors Light (like sex in a boat....) But the winner is... Black Label (just a horrible beer, takes like SAND)
Any beer is nasty beer. I don't get how people drink that crap... nasssstyyyyyy. Stinks to hell, too.
I like the Olympias. I don't like Coors at all, but I can handle it. By far, the worst beer of all-time is/was Sportz. It was $2.99 at 12 pack back in 1996, so we bought some. I took one sip and had an instant headache. We threw the rest out.
off topic but nonetheless....... funny take on American beers "American beer is like having sex in a canoe.......... f**king close to water!"
I'm not a big fan of any unfiltered wheat beers. Its been a while since I had any and I'd try it again. I had Blue Moon and I no likey.
It's been 10 years since I tried it, but I remember Samuel Adams Triple Bock being very strange. Anyone else here had it?
I think I have had that. From what I remember it tasted like stale maple syrup. I couldn't take more than two sips of it.
I tried that Sam Adams triple Bock once. That was definitely a beer you wouldn't drink very fast. I don't really remember if I liked it or not.
Schlitz ........ i drank some of that stuff when I was 15 or 16 and 2 days later, I had hair in places where I never had hair before
Hombre Beer is the worst I've ever had. The Dinkel Acher that spent the better part of a year in a friends car trunk was a close second. Anything non-alcoholic is pretty bad, too. Did any of you Olympia drinkers try "Oly Dry" during the "dry" beer craze? Or National Bohemians "Boh Ice" during the "ice" beer days? I haven't tried it, but Sam Adams Triple Bock is closer to port or brandy than beer, so I've been told.
I used to drink that in college because it got me drunk faster. This message not approved by bigtexxx.
I remember the Oly Dry. I drank every kind of Oly beer out there in college. I never understood the "dry" beer craze. Shouldn't beer be wet?
Old English Mickey's St. Ides Schlitz Any of the 40's I used to drink when I was back in high school.
