what do you think is the worse of the seven deadly sins? Pride Envy Gluttony Lust Wrath Greed Sloth i think it is greed. I think that is a big problem for the world. For me pride is not that bad, i have alot of pride and if i have it it can't be that bad Envy, i do not have envy, but i think a little envy is not wrong. Gluttony is bad but not as bad as greed IMHO Lust i do not see alot of things wrong with this, ass long as people also understand the concept of love. Wrath depends on why it is. If anybody hurts the people i love i will be very angry and will want to get back at that person. Sloth is also not good liek gluttony but not as bad as greed. It is very abd if you have to much of any of these sins.(i gues that is why these are deadly sins. what do you al think?

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, so sloth must be the worst. Pride would be second, because pride goeth before the fall. Envy, lust, and wrath are all covered in the ten commandments, so they must be pretty bad, greed is touched on peripherally as well. Gluttony seems like the least of them. Who cares how much you eat? Take what you want, but eat what you take, is my food philosophy. Of course, I used to be a ******, so that could color my views.
no i saw Seven a long time ago(great movie). no a dutch group made a song sbout the seven sins. so that is the reason i thought about it. StupidMoniker i think that sloth might be a way for evil to win. but i think greed is a way to become evil yourself.

Pride is the root of all sin. All other sins have their genesis in pride. Pride is the original sin, the sin that sets you in the lowest circle, next to satan. I think that is actually "the LOVE of money is the root of all evil." Personally, I don't see any of these things as bad or worse. They just are what they are. They are mistakes. They are human frailty. Personally, I've always thought the many churches spent way too much time focused on evil and what NOT to do rather than on good and what we ought to do. It's a subtle difference, but a significant one. Dwelling on mistakes and problems only brings about more mistakes and problems. /philosophy of the day
true. and you have a generation of Christians in this country who don't know the first thing about spriitual disciplines, because of it. particularly so in protestant churches.
Gluttony is the worst. And its not about eating, its doing everything that you do in excess, drinking, eating, partying, sex. If you do anything in excess then you don't have time to do the important things in life and that makes you a glutton.
