Isn't it "Rocketball, ltd." or something like that? It will probably be on the HCHSA.ORG website, under one of the letter agreements concerning the arena. I don't have time to check now, maybe later. ------------------ Stay Cool...

So, Whois Jason Staker... why is he the admin contact, and why does he appear to own rocketball.com via his company PPR.Net, Inc. out of his apartment. Anyhow, can anyone give me customer service address to the Rockets.
Probably works for Insync.net during the day and ppr.net after hours. Moonlighting Mango ------------------ Spring Cleaning!!!

LOL!!! Not really. I just know how funky the Rockets are about protecting their email addresses. People have asked for contacts, emails, etc. and that I am not really willing to give that stuff out. Their director of business communications told me recently that it was probably wise not to do so because they try to keep their email addresses and private phone lines private. I can understand that. I know the guy that runs their site and his email is the email listed on rockets.com . Even though he has absolutely NOTHING to do with the team, he is constantly getting emails about trade rumors, issues with Olajuwon, etc. I'm sure that can be a serious problem for them. ------------------ Me fail English? Jeff, Excuse me for not feeling sorry for a company that recorded $79,000,000 in Sales at 80% growth last year. Their customer service is pretty crappy. Can you tell your contacts that customer service email addresses is pretty standard in today's businesses. hell, rocketball.com doesn't even ping. Even my season pass at jennycam.com has email customer service, and that company only has one employee. [This message has been edited by heypartner (edited February 12, 2001).]
Part of it is the NBA. They won't allow their teams to give out many email addresses because they are extremely propritary about their internet usage. Second, the Rockets are severely short on staff and part of that staff is customer service. No doubt they can get much better. Hopefully, they will. ------------------ Me fail English?
