It was pointed out to me that I should have included an "Other" category. That completely slipped my mind.

Smashing Pumpkins have had so many great songs that weren't listed in the poll like Bullet with Butterfly Wings, For Martha, Perfect, Thirty-Three, etc. So, feel free to mention any song that you think was the best even if it isn't listed in the poll.

    "Snail"
    "Thru The Eyes Of Ruby"

I couldn't decide between those two, and they both rank higher on my list than the ones in the poll :D

I like "Bullet with butterfly wings."

But then, I'm not much of a Smashing Pumpkin-head.

I vote for "Starla" for its general epic quality. I like titanic guitar solos that go on for 20 minutes (seemingly) and the general embryonic/underwater feel of the song.
"For Martha" is a grand, sad song, too. Good call on that one, Band Geek Mobster. I am surprised nobody besides Ziggy has mentioned their great song "Rocket" that is on "Siamese Dream." I love the guitar and the yearning thing that Billy does so well with his vocals. Cool video, too. Hey, why did the break up, anyway?

Surprised that a Rockets site, there's no nomination for "Rocket". Probably my favorite SP song.

That "rat in a cage" song was ok, but I find Bill whats-his-names' voice really, really annoying. Its not that great a voice, just a little high and whiny, thats all. Chris Cornell he ain't.

Funny did anyone see the Osbornes, when the young daughter, Kelly was going to a concert of Billy-Whats-his-names' new band/project?
    Ozzy asks, "Who?"
Kelly, "Billy Blah-blah , from the Smashing Pumkins"
Ozzy, gives a pshhh, whatever noise and shakes his head!:D

I elect neither or their songs...
