This is getting insane. Since we swept Orlando in the '95 finals, we have not beaten either team in the citrus State. WE ARE 0-16!!!!! Have these guys figured Rudy out or what? I don't think the Rockets have ever had a streak this bad, and it keeps getting worse. Oh, sorry. I forgot about the incredible NBA on NBC streak we have as well. Well it's been 0-16 for the Rockets when Calvin doesn't broadcast the game locally. Does that mean something other than he has missed sixteen games in ten years???? Statistics are like broken eggs. They are harmless shells covering the meat of the solution. They may look real good, but they are fragile. You can always talk about what you can do with them. You may even attach some other special significance to them (especially around Easter time). But basically they are useless unless you crack them open, use them to your own advantage, keep what you want and discard the part you want to ignore. Heavy on the hyperbole again today,eh? PS: I made ip the part about Calvin. But to illustrate my point you were ready to believe it weren't you. That's because it was presented as a statistic. Get my point? LOL
