    Im looking forward to getting another Batman puzzle from Oliepierre (aka Popeye) when it gets closer to the trade deadline. Where has he been? The last thing I remember him posting was in the offseason when the Rockets got fined for releasing their schedule too early! haha I don't think there has ever been another poster in here that he can get the threads ablazing! ha ha :grin:

    Last I remember, Pops ran into some serious, life-threatening, health issues, and was posting from a hospital right? And then all the inside info afterwards started coming from Doc Rocket. Am I remembering this wrong?

    What if the trade happens on the 15th? You're right though, it will most likely be the first home game at least without him

    agreed.. Some of the players have become too caught up in the rumors. And no matter what they or their agents are told, that uneasiness won't pass until the trade deadline has passed.

    Unfortunately he may have passed away. heypartner (where has he been) claimed that he was still in contact with him and to back that up, someone contacted Clutch and said he was Popeye/oeilpere. Whether that is true or not has not been confirmed, I believe. In any case, it seems like the people knowing in advance about a trade might have changed a lot since Popeye/oeilpere posted here, remember, the GM has changed since then.

    Yeah! Good one! You obviously havent been here long enough to enjoy the cryptc puzzles that Popeye would give us. He would post a riddle and then people would just start posting like mad trying to figure out what was going on. Insiders made this website what it is today!

    That I am. I've actually been on this website for even longer. I used to have another username back when I was a stupid kid in high school. :grin: Now that I have my posting privileges back, I only post occasionally.
