I think you can move on and still have regrets and play the "what if" game from time to time. When we were at the height of the Harden era and the team was a legit contender, there were still times where I'd see Yao or McGrady and think "Man, what if those two guys could have been healthy?" If the Rockets rebuild into a contender in 5-7 years, and a nearly 40-year-old Harden plays Houston and has a classic Harden moment or two, I'm still going to reminisce and let my mind drift to the "what ifs."

I mean... this is a Rockets basketball forum, and current no Rockets basketball is being played. What else is there to do then look backward, look forward, and talk a little about it? It's all what ifs, other than like, "On this day in Rockets history blah blah happened..." which is fine, but not much else to say other than, oh yeah that was great I remember that! or I don't remember that, cool!

 

What ifs are standard... It's the posters that try and combat it with facts that's the headaches for the what iffers...
