I think he became a Harlem Globetrotter.

I believe Miner went to play overseas.

What happened to Arthur Agee and William Gates from Hoop Dreams?

My sister used to date Agee. The last time I talked to him he was playing in some minor league basketball league and that he was working on some movie scripts. He was in the movie "Passing Glory" and he was in the very beginning of "He Got Game".

Bison Dele died last year under mysterious circumstances. His brother was suspected with having killed Dele and his girlfriend on a yacht in the ocean. His body was never found, I believe.

Michael Young is now an assistant coach for the UH mens basketball team.

He played 3 years in the NBA actually with Phoenix, Phily and the Clips (49 games in all) and two years in the CBA.

He won a European championship while playing in France and was inducted into the French Sports Hall of Fame.

Whatever happened to Hollis Price? The guy didn't even get drafted and he was one of Dick Vitale's favorites.

Thanks for the flashback... I can't believe I forgot that.

I only mentioned him, because when remembering Rauf, I thought of that great Nuggets team that upset the Sonics in 94, and almost upset the Jazz in the following round.

If not for them, the 94 Rockets would have had to go thru the best team in the NBA, Seattle, to reach the finals.

What happened to Jay "Locked to be No. 1 Overall Draft" Williams? Or Amare "Rookie of the Year" Stoudmare? Or Caron "I Am a ROY" Butler?

Oh, wow. Thanks for the info. I didn't know he did well in Europe. I think he played a while in the Philippines, didn't he? I've always thought Young's shooting should make him valuable in the NBA. Just don't know why he couldn't stick.

What about Rob Williams? He was UH's best player. He then went out as an underclassman, and the Cougars didn't miss him a bit. I don't think he ever played in the NBA. Wonder where he's gone.

I always wanted us to sign Ceballos. The guy could flat out score and on our veteren team, he would've been under control I think.

What ever happened to any of the CBA Rockets from like 96ish? Remember those guys? Recasner? James? Who were the others? The injuries that year were awful.

Where's Chris Gatling? He was our alternative choice to getting Barkley, right?

I know something about this. I have a friend who is a psych professor and teaches the psychology of sports. We looked these guys up.

Gates is now some kind of religious/motivational speaker.

Agee is playing Slamball. He was the #2 pick in the league when he was drafted.

Rob Williams was a first-round draft choice of the Denver Nuggets as I recall. He lasted a couple of years perhaps. No impact really.
