    I clicked, it doesn't work...

o yea, just want to tell you guys something. I don't know if you guys saw the news or not. the NBA has asked youtube to delete some of the NBA videos, because it violate the broadcasting right or copyright. As I checked, the biggest basketball group, which was called "NBA fans" disappearred. I currently own the houston rockets group, which is one of the biggest sport group. there are almost 500 members in there. I hope they don't delete this one. If they do, i ll just start another one. =(

Doesn't NBA have in every game an announcement like this: "This portion of the broadcast may not be rebroadcasted, redistrubuted, or reproduced without the written consent of the NBA"?

A while ago here in GARM, someone started a thread and posted Kenny Smith wedding pictures that had Getty Images' watermarker on them. I think it was ottomaton who reminded people here of the possible copyright violations. The thread was deleted shortly after by mod.

The thing with NBA games is that they have become so popular and many people around world are making videos of the games and distrubuting them on the Internet without the approvals of the NBA that it may become impractical and impossible for the NBA to deal with.
