I went and hid under my cover all night, did not sleep. It was a hot Houston summer night and I was sweating like a pig but I didn't care, and it freaks my out to this day.

Have a healthy aversion to anything that will separate me from my family like death, prison, adultery.
Clowns (Pennywise and Ronald McDonald) and Gene Simmons (although i liked Kiss's music). Japanese Kabuki theatre and those weird kimono "maiko" dolls my mom used to collect. i'm scared of white make-up and red lips i guess.

that halloween movie where the masks turned into roaches and wouldnt come off. i didnt buy a halloween mask until i was 11 because of this.
I think much of what you're afraid of as a kid stays with you as an adult. For me, I'm terrified of swarms of anything. If I see a swarm of ants on the ground, I get the chills and start sweating. I was once attacked by an owl as a kid and am not a fan of birds, though, I laugh when they crap on someone out of the blue. I agree with the unsolved mysteries guy, but I'm STILL afraid of that show. BUT...this still makes me sleep with the lights on, after watching it as a kid:
This movie. I'm not really sure why. I didn't watch horror movies when I was younger because I knew that I'd just be scared *****less. But something about them sucking the life out girl to be pretty was just scary to me. I was more of a reader. So books tended to scare me more than anything.

Other than that, various thoughts of vampires and werewolves biting my neck while I slept. I used to keep the covers over my neck at all times. Nothing really scares me anymore.
