    Mine puts up with it. She just can't understand why I've been so excited the last week, especially this morning. I keep telling her "season starts on Tuesday! Hello!!" She just rolls her eyes. She doesn't give two ****s.

    She does let me watch the games without bothering me and she comes with me and has a good time when I get tickets, so I guess I can't complain.

    my ex didn't mind it, she'd tease me with the obsession, but lived with it, went the games that I wanted to go, understood when i didn't want her to go, but I did go to less games when i was going out with her, so her breaking up with me was a good thing :)

    Mine appreciates that it's important to me, but she does not share it. Luckily, she can watch a little bit of basketball, because she's from North Carolina, and was even at UNC when Michael was there.

    If my obsession was baseball or football, she would have no sympathy at all.

    My wife loves baseball. She tolerates football to an extent. But she hates watching the Rockets. She found them boring.

    Hopefully they will be better on offense this year and she'll learn to enjoy it.

    On my wedding video one of my friends at the reception literally said, "maybe he'll love you as much as he does the Rockets one day." yikes.

    She's good with my sports obsessions. We have two sons, so bonding often happens around sports. :)

    mine puts up with it and leaves me be when the games are on cause she knows Im busy babysitting the capture machine and game chat. ;)

    She does try to hit up her corporate contacts for good tix, so thats cool since their seats are in the lower deck about a dozen rows up from the bench.

    overall, Id call her attitude supportive.

    my lady knows that the Rockets are a big part of my life and supports the team to a degree... she asks what's happening with the team, but at the same time only knows t-mac and yao...

    more importantly, she got me tickets to the season opener at Staples Center!

    My wife won't watch every game like me, but she likes the Rockets and my obsession with them, and she really gets into it come playoff time.

    mine hates it, but she always wants to go to the game with me. she gets even more pissed b/c i tell her no. i'd rather not waste a ticket on someone who doesn't even care about them.
