My wife and I were watching the movie "Late Shift" tonight and we were laughing about how David Letterman's only public comment about the movie was, "I don't have red hair." It got me to thinking. We don't know what we all look like, but we can describe our hair. So... I have wavy (bordering on curly) shoulder-length sandy-blonde hair with a few grays mixed in (just a few). Anyone else?
short fade, thick, brown, moussed and brushed from left temple to back right. A LOT more grays since I got married. I have my grandfather's hair on my mom's side; I'll never need rogaine.
Jeff-you've actually met me once (I was with Lynus). My hair is straight, deep brown, baby fine, and about a little longer than shoulder length. It's usually parted down the middle or to the left and curled under a little at the ends. Right now, Lynus is pretty bald I would imagine. But his hair is blonde and wavy and short normally.
That's me, obscenely sunburned, coming home from a day of watching cricket in Sydney in January, 2000. The usual pomade craziness, though Carlos Diaz from NBA.com TV is ruining it for me. I used to sport a pompadour in high school, and I take credit for re-introducing the headband to popular basketball culture by wearing one with my pomp back in 1997. The reason the picture is upside-down is because it's the format my friend uses for his site, one you all should check out. Desipio is where it's at: http://www.desipio.com/features/guests/kelly/021102-desipiointerview-kellyonkelly.htm
Man, I would love to have long hair. I was patient enough to let it grow out once. But when it's growing out it looks really stupid. The back and front is okey dokey, but the sides poof out like somebody put a curling iron to it. So now I mostly go with the crewcut. My wifey thinks its sexy. I like my hair when it has enough length to get all scragly with the wind or when I play basketball. The scruffy look rules. o yeah, it's brown and has plenty of greys popping out. Every once in a while I'll bleach it( i never to a good job tho, it just turns out dirty blonde, but that's the way I like it).
i wish i had an afro. my hair is just about shoulder length or a little longer and layered. naturally its really REALLY dark brown, but most of the time i keep it either a light red-ish brown or a dark red-ish brown. i heart my roots.
bgm: arent you going pineapple blonde now-i know you like dyeing your hair myself-i have short dirty blonde/light brown hair, spiked only in the front i keep it at a 2 guard on the sides
I have dark brown hair that is thinning on the top. It is curly on the sides and in the back. I have thought about shaving my head, but I guess I don't have any balls because I never go through with it.
Another funny as hell, in-show, quote he made on 'Late Shift' surrounded that scene in which red-headed Dave was seen throwing a baseball at a giant, useless 6-foot target. Dave was riffing one night on the transcendent comedy of that shot, like, "who the hell has a giant target in their backyard?" Hilarious movie, for all the wrong reasons. Especially fun to watch on Comedy Central, where you can Kathy Bates call someone a "toadface" or a "butting butt-butt."
2 guard shaved head cause im a cheap b*stard that doesnt believe in paying 12 buck for a fade...its red/brown or as the female stylist say, (when i went to them) ,"youve got such a great color of auburn"...and there are about 8 gray hairs i can see...
I have redish-brown hair that is extremely curly. I keep it cut short because when it grows out it resembles an afro and I don't look especially appealing with one
I have brown hair that's short on the sides and back and can actually be morphed into multiple styles. I can either spike it up or let it go down, either way, my hair is cool...
