He said, i wont change our rotations. we won 6 out of 7 before this game. I need to trust the current rotations and give them more chances.

I don't think it looks good for Francis if he can't get in at this point

What do you expect him to say? He is a players coach, and he is right.

But.......he will make adjustments, he just won't announce it.

Also, if Rafer continues to shoot around 30% you would have to think Morey and Les would have some words about other PGs on the roster.

i'm fine with what rick is saying. we have til May to get the rotation right. Give em at least three more games and see how they play it out.

I honestly don't see whats wrong, the refs were ridiculously bad. The offence wasn't that bad to watch. Nothing spectacularly wrong compared to the offence we were witnessing last year. I have exceptions to the defence, how Darko was literally schooling Yao. Rafer shot bad, nothing new, Mike James shot bad, nothing new. Its coming together though, Tracy Mcgrady was getting stacks of shots early where they were simple put backs, backdoor cuts and the like. Its a new offence people, if any of you have played basketball competitive you should know that an offence is ridiculously hard to learn. I'd rather b**** about the obvious pts of why Gasol had so many free throws and why Lowry was finding his way into the key at will.

I think the coach should take responsibility for this loss!

If all role players sucks, that is coach's problem.

I am not saying to fire the coach. It takes time for a new coach.

this is just a bad shooting night:

    S.Battier 0-4
    M.James 4-12
    B.Wells 2-8

either one of them made some of their shots, the game would be different

That's the right decision for now. If most fans had their way, the rotation would change every time we lose a game or get an ugly win.

im serious. seeing rafer and james missing these shot have been annoying. francis has to be closer to getting some playing time. rafer's shots arent even close and his shot is flawed. i would like ot see what francis can do first to see if he is any better. adelman says that these players have a history of making shots. well francis has a history of scoring and creating and not sucking like rafer so he should get a chance. if he doesnt play up to standards then fine, bench him but we have to see how he plays on the court.

lols well said durvasa. Im surprised people don't go
oh REPLACE BONZI HE BLEW OPEN LAYUPS, put Francis at off guard lets do it do it do it!!!

its ridiculous the way people react on this board. Its like as if we should change things based on a per game basis. Do people at work take you off projects based on your daily basis? its stupid. Rotations don't work that way, and they shouldn't. No one here seems to think that Francis and his "im too cool for school" attitude counts for anything. If someone gave you damn attitude you wouldn't be putting him on the court either. Case in example:

Worker 1: works hard, presents average below average results, but will try every day doesn't complain, copes alot of blame based actions he does in the scope of his work.

Worker 2: thinks his all that, presents average below average results, won't try everyday, blames others. Tries things outside the scope of his job and blames others when it does work. Doesn't work hard to bring himself technically up to speed with the rest of the company.

thats basically Rafer vs Francis in a nutshell. Im sure 9 times out of 10 if ppl had to consider the situation without names, they would pick Rafer over Francis. Stop thinking with your oversized Fan Boy nuts and use your brains for once ppl!

First of all worker 2 has always been better than worker 1 in the past and worker 1 has some skeletons in his closet too. The problem is worker 1 does what he is asked and plays better in the preseason and less important games but the more important the job the worse he plays. Worker 2 has never had that history. That being said I would fire worker 1 no matter how hard he works he still sucks, has been sucking for years and there is no reason to believe he is going to stop sucking. If you want to thank him and give him some severance that's fine. But never forget worker 1 has cost your company no matter how much you like him. I would then put worker 2 on a very short leash and bring in worker four from the labor pool.

Just one of the off nights . What Rick siad is true though we love Steve .
It's unfair if we just get rid Raf/Head by this game .

And, I think maybe TMAC shoot too much tonight . Everytime he did this in this season ,the team lose . It breaks the offence system .
    Yao deserves more .

:( . we scored 99 pts bro. we didn't lose b/c of offense if u want to blame it. u want yao to score more so we can score 110???

we played the typical defense, it's a blowout.

Tmac can shoot as much as he want if he has such a hot hand. The problem is defense and refs plus no one else can score besides the big two tonight.

Actually he is closer to the truth. Everything Adelman said leads me to believe he has no intention of changing the rotation at this time. He expects the players to get back their shooting touch. But he didn't sound like it is written in stone.
