I think Tracy will be our leading scorer, I believe he will play at a high level someting like he did in 04-05 becasue I believe Artest will give Tracy that motivation he needs to play with. I can see Tracy avg about 24 points 5 rebs and about 5 dimes a game.

I think Yao will have is best season as a rebounder and will get a lot more open looks becasue of Artest. I can see Yao avg about 21 points and 12 rebs a game.

I think Artest will come in and have a big year for us. He knows hes our 3rd go to guy and I believe he will play his role very well. I can see him avg about 17 points 6 rebs and about 2 in a half steals a game.

    What do you think?

yea, and now we have a decent backup (brent) too.

You can bet he will be driving and making plays for everyone. If Mcgrady can't play too many minutes artest can take his gawd this is so cool can the reg. season take any longer?

    Yao - 24 PPG; 12 RPG; 1.5 BPG
    McGrady - 25 PPG; 5 APG; 5 RPG
    Artest - 17 PPG; 5 RPG; 2 SPG

I have some pretty high hopes for our team next year.

Yao will take backseat a little bit. That's to his and the team's benefit since he doesn't have to fight that much.

I don't mind letting Artest and Tmac free roll for awhile. When things don't go well, we let our big fella stabilize them. We are a flexible team from this day and on. :D

    tmac: 33 mpg, 23ppg, 5 rpg, 5apg, 46% fg
yao: 21ppg, 11 rpg, 55%fg (notice the 2 guys' fg% go up b/c of less pressure)
    artest: 17ppg, 2spg
    scola: 13-14ppg

people thought the celts' big 3 would also be explosive offensively before last season and they were nothing special. they won more with suffocating defense.

although our big 3 is CLEARLY a notch better offensively, let's just hope for good health before anythng else. i think as long as our team is healthy, we will accomplish what this team sets out to accomplish.

Either way, Boston's "Big" Three will have nothing up against us.

    Here are my Predictions:
    Tmac: 24-25 ppg 5.8 assists 5.4 rbds 67% FT

    Yao: 26 ppg 3 assists 10 rbds

    Artest: 19 ppg 4.0 assists 6.0 rbds

That would be really nice to see Tracy and Yao shoot that high of a fg%. And this may be the saeson they do it becasue of the reason you said less pressure.

tracy's fg% has declined from 45% to 41-42% the past few yrs. yao's fg% has declined from 55% to 50-51% the past few yrs. it's time to get those babies back up.

I'll add on Steve Francis assuming he comes back motivated, fit, and looking for some playing time.

    Francis - 15 PPG; 6 APG; 4 RPG

    Big 4 Baby

I agree with this one, the rest of the predictions are too high..no one else on the team would be scoring.

Right. I think they will get a lot more open looks and a lot less double team. I can't wait to see Tracy and Yao play one on one alomost the whole game because other teams can't double them with Artest on the floor at the same time.
